While I may not have traditional awards or certificates to display, one of my most meaningful moments of recognition came when I was selected to represent women in STEM. I was interviewed by a professional production team who spent time in my classroom capturing my work, my passion, and the impact of hands-on STEM learning. This experience affirmed the value of the work I do every day and the importance of creating accessible, engaging STEM opportunities for students.
